Generally known as the birthplace of the mountain bike, Crested Butte is home to the best singletrack that Colorado has to offer. Boasting miles upon miles of high alpine bike trails Crested Butte has something for everyone - whether you’re after fast, smooth singletrack or a steep, technical challenge. The town of Crested Butte sits at 9,000′ allowing for accessible rides through unmatched mountain scenery.
Ride a different trial every Saturday, progressing in technicality each week to keep you
growing your skills and abilities. After what should be a progressive day on the bike, we will
end our day with some libations at the Public House. Bike & Brews is offered each Saturday
from July 7th to August 25th.
This day on the bike is focused around a one-hour lessons with a certified instructor followed
by a 2-3 hour ride to practice your newly acquired skills. We will cover proper gear shifting
and braking techniques, how to navigate technical uphill and downhill terrain, when to power
up difficult inclines and correct body ergonomics for shoulders, elbows, hips, and knees.
Join us for guided half-day or full-day rides on Crested Butte’s iconic trails such as Trail-riders
Trail #401, Doctor Park and Star Pass (Trail 400), but don't forget to inquire about some of
